Payments and refunds
These terms explain purchases made for access to VetPrep Nepal.
Effective August 6, 2026VetPrep Nepal is an independent examination-preparation platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Nepal Veterinary Council.
1. Price and access
The price, currency, applicable taxes, access period, and whether a purchase is one-time or recurring will be displayed before payment. Access begins after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction.
2. App store purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by that store. Store rules govern payment methods, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Recurring subscriptions, if offered, must be cancelled through the relevant store account before the renewal deadline.
3. eSewa and direct payments
Where eSewa is offered, the merchant name and product description shown during payment should identify the correctly registered business activity. Keep the payment reference as proof of purchase. Failed or pending transactions do not activate access until verified.
4. Refund requests
Unless a platform-specific rule or applicable law provides otherwise, refund requests should be made promptly through the original payment channel. Duplicate charges, confirmed technical failures preventing access, and payments not matched to an account will be reviewed. Consumed digital access, account misuse, or failure to pass an examination does not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Taxes and records
Displayed charges and receipts will be handled in accordance with applicable PAN, VAT, invoicing, accounting, and tax requirements. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
6. Support
For a payment review, provide the account email, payment date, amount, provider, and transaction reference through the official support channel. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment credentials.
